Using the service

You may use the site for personal and educational play. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its security controls or redistribute the complete editorial puzzle packs as a competing service.

Local data

Progress is stored by your browser and may be removed when browser data is cleared, the site storage is blocked or the application changes incompatibly. No cross-device backup is promised.

Availability

The service is provided as available. We may correct puzzle errors, update packs or temporarily interrupt access. There is no monetary prize, ranking or guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

The Sparkpond name, interface and original editorial content remain protected. Third-party software is provided under the licenses listed on the Licenses page.
